Hello, my name is Nathan, I am a 29 year old (white) male from New York, USA.
Please note that I am only looking for a position in Shijiazhuang (Hebei) or Beijing. I am married, and my family is from this area, so I want to stay close to home. I am currently on a Z Visa / foreign expert certificate, both of which are set to expire in February. My current teaching contract also finishes in February, and I will be looking for a new job at that time.
I've been living and teaching in China for about 5 years now, during these five years I have accumulated around 4000 teaching hours, and have attended more than 260 hours worth of ESL related workshops, (some of which I hosted myself).
I would describe myself as an energetic and exciting teacher. I work best with younger students (Grades 1 and 2), but I am capable of teaching any level.
